  • Who are the training plans suitable for?

    My training plans are suitable for both beginners and advanced individuals. Whether you want to build muscle, lose weight, or simply get fitter, I tailor the plan to your individual goals, daily routine, and fitness level.

  • How does the creation of an individual training plan work?

    After registering, you fill out a short questionnaire about your training goals, your current fitness level, any limitations, and your daily routine. Based on this information, I create your customized plan.

  • Do I need a gym membership?

    No, not necessarily. I can create plans for training at the gym as well as for training at home with little or no equipment.

  • How long does it take to receive my plan?

    You will usually receive your personalized plan within 2–3 days.

  • How often is the plan adjusted?

    The plan is regularly reviewed and adjusted based on your progress and feedback. This ensures that you continue to make progress.

  • Is there a contract or minimum term?

    No, you are not bound to long contracts with me. You can leave the program at any time if you do not want to continue. There are no hidden obligations or month-long terms—you only pay for the time you actually work with me.
